Receptionist Groups

Receptionist groups allow you to have calls delivered to an Auto Attendant but is first offered to a set of receptionists. If a receptionists are not available the call is then sent to the Auto Attendant for handling. It’s a great way to get as many calls answered by a human as possible, but when it’s busy the Auto Attendant is there to help.
